Caveat Emptor In my experience, Fullerton Service is not your friendly Ford shining light. They don't keep your oil changes to 7500 miles, as specified in the manu In my experience, Fullerton Service is not your friendly Ford shining light. They don't keep your oil changes to 7500 miles, as specified in the manual; neither does Ford Corporate for that matter because the onboard computer starts harassing me @ 4.5K or so; Fullerton Service management tried to overrule the tech re front brake replacement so they wouldn't have to cover the cost under my warranty (didn't work); and didn't stick up for me when Ford Corporate finked on my Extended Service Plan and made me pay all $727 to fix the AC fan/etc. All in all, it's caveat emptor, let the buyer beware, for me re Fullerton and Ford Corporate. On to xxx, where the customer gets plenty of respect. More

After a poor experience at a diff I recently purchased a 2014 Ford Fiesta Hatchback at Fullerton Ford and was completely satisfied with my experience. After a poor experience at a different Ford dealership regarding the car I wanted, it was a nice shift to be met with such outstanding professionalism like what I received at Fullerton Ford. I knew going in which car I wanted, and the sales staff — especially Michael Dunlap and Joe Orlando — was respectful in working with me to reach a price I was comfortable with. Mr. Dunlap also made sure I knew what was going on during each step of the process, and he was terrific in going over the features of my vehicle to make sure I understood how everything worked. Adriana Thielman in finance was also helpful, and she went through each step of that process thoroughly to make sure I understood what I was signing up for. Overall, I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. There was never any pressure or rush during the process, and I left completely satisfied. I would highly recommend Fullerton Ford. Thank you. As soon as I walked into the showroom, I was greeted by Chris Jones. He was very professional, courteous and confident. He was exactly the type of salesperson I was hoping for and found out to be. I took the car for a test drive with Chris and he described every detail of the car to me. I came back the next day with a friend to go over the motor details with Chris and after that meeting, a deal was signed. I met with John Petrucci in the Finance Dept and again, he was very professional and friendly and took his time to go over the details of my financing program. I was so happy with my whole experience at Fullerton Ford that I brought my daughters boyfriend back with me and that week also, he bought a brand new 2014 Ford F150 truck and Chris Jones was his Sales Rep.
