Fantastic service, great experience I took my truck in for sluggish brakes, to find I had a real saftey issue on my hands. The work to repair and replace the system took a while, but I recieved excellent and frequent updates and good cost estimates. I was able to make all necessary decisions having been told the pros and cons of each step. I would definitely recommend this service center and my service rep Dave. More
Caveat Emptor In my experience, Fullerton Service is not your friendly Ford shining light. They don't keep your oil changes to 7500 miles, as specified in the manu In my experience, Fullerton Service is not your friendly Ford shining light. They don't keep your oil changes to 7500 miles, as specified in the manual; neither does Ford Corporate for that matter because the onboard computer starts harassing me @ 4.5K or so; Fullerton Service management tried to overrule the tech re front brake replacement so they wouldn't have to cover the cost under my warranty (didn't work); and didn't stick up for me when Ford Corporate finked on my Extended Service Plan and made me pay all $727 to fix the AC fan/etc. All in all, it's caveat emptor, let the buyer beware, for me re Fullerton and Ford Corporate. On to xxx, where the customer gets plenty of respect. More
