We bought a school bus that squeals when you back up. The salesman said that the ceramic brake pads were installed before we bought the car. Nothing they can do and that it is a manufacturer defect. Derrick and dealership wouldn't return my phone calls, repeatedly gave me incorrect information and delayed working on my vehicle. Getting ahold of anyone at dealership was not possible, requiring me to d repeatedly gave me incorrect information and delayed working on my vehicle.
