Customer Friendly Buying Experience I recently purchased a certified pre-owned Xterra from Everett Nissan in Boone, NC. I was very pleased with the buying experience! I found the veh I recently purchased a certified pre-owned Xterra from Everett Nissan in Boone, NC. I was very pleased with the buying experience! I found the vehicle online and had excellent correspondence with the internet manager, Rob Centola. I drove from Kingsport to Boone (1 hr 45 min) to check out the vehicle. It was as advertised - in great shape and it drove well. The drive was very much worth it! Kevin Dutton was the primary Sales Rep that worked with me, along with the Sales Manager Brendan Devane. Kevin was very courteous, knowledgeable, and straight forward. He gave me a lot of tips and demos during the test drive to help me learn the nuances of the vehicle. He helped expedite the purchasing process and made me feel comfortable throughout. Since I did not trade in a car, Kevin set up next-day delivery of my Xterra to my house in Kingsport, which saved me an additional drive to Boone with a second driver. Kevin checked in with me several times throughout the day to make sure the delivery was happening as promised. This was impressive post-sale customer service. I would recommend Everett and Kevin to anybody! More
