He arranged to have the Murano ready for us quickly! Upon arriving, we met Jason Brown, and he assisted us with test driving and providing the details of the vehicle. Jason was most patient with us as we made our decision. He was incredibly polite and thorough, answering all of our questions and concerns. Awesome SUV Buying Experience I don't know where to begin with this dealership. I have been looking for a mid size SUV for a while. I first saw this one a week before on their we I don't know where to begin with this dealership. I have been looking for a mid size SUV for a while. I first saw this one a week before on their website and then started talking to Rob Centola through email. Rob is the internet manager and he is helpful and stays in touch with you but is not pushy as some sales people can be. Rob passed me on to Kevin Dutton who is by far the best auto sales person I've ever dealt with. I'm not one who loves the car buying experience at all. I will say Kevin made it so easy and he doesn't stop with the sales. He will take care of you as if you were his best friend. Kevin went into more detail about the vehicle than any car sales person I have ever dealt with. Most sales people will say this is this and that, but no Kevin went through every safety feature besides the mechanics of the automobile which I feel is most important. He doesn't give you statistics. He gives you stories which I think is much more relevant. If you're in search of a Nissan especially an SUV, make sure you talk to Kevin and if you're searching over the internet then Rob will most likely be your first contact. Tell Rob you want Kevin to be your sales person. If I live to buy another vehicle, I hope Kevin will still be working because that's who I will go to first. Kevin is not a fly by night sales person as he has been at the dealership for many years. Kevin believes in Nissan products and you can tell by his enthusiasm when he's showing you the vehicle. The Finance Department was also great to work with. I highly recommend this dealership and especially Kevin Dutton. More
