Excellent customer service Came in for a scheduled oil change. Jess, the customer service tech I dealt with was very friendly and extremely knowledgable. Review of scheduled service maintenance. Had a service appointment made the week prior. Dropped the car off the day before the appointment. At the end of the next day the car had not been looked at despite my calling to ask if it would be ready on time. I think there is a breakdown in communication at this dealership. After my experience I tried to reach the service manager next day. No response. More

Wonderful experience we brought in a 2016 Honda civic for an inspection and decided to just browse . Rose from service brought us over to the dealership and she was wond we brought in a 2016 Honda civic for an inspection and decided to just browse . Rose from service brought us over to the dealership and she was wonderful she answered all of our questions and treated us like friends ! Then she introduced us to Carlos who took his time with us . We weren’t sure what kind of car we wanted we weren’t sure if we want to use car new car . Probably every salesman‘s worst nightmare . But Carlos was absolutely wonderful spends a lot of time with us and we wound up buying 2018 CRVEXL . After that we went and spoke with Paul Hoffman who was wonderful also ! Helped us figure out how we wanted to pay for the car and explained all the options to us ! This morning we came back to pick up the car Rose dropped over to say hi which made us feel very special and then Carlos spent a lot of time again showing us all the bells and whistle’s to the car . There a lot of them. And then back in with Paul to finish all the paperwork . Again Mr. Hoffman made it pain-free and the whole experience was easy enjoyable and exciting ! I can’t stay enough about friendly Honda staff . I Think this is our seventh Honda . And we will always deal with friendly Honda More

We've been doing business with Friendly for about 30 years, and they have always been easy to work with. Their salesman, Carlos Scaloni is perfect for this job, and company. James Newton also made us feel very comfortable with the entire deal. What I like the most about working with this world class car dealership is that they're NOT pushy. The reputation for car sales people is not good. People go into dealerships nervous with apprehension due to this reputation that car sales people have. Carlos is the best. He provides all of the pertinent information necessary for a transaction like this. He does not push the product, he doesn't have to. He's honest, and up front with his customers. This is the second car that we've bought from Carlos. Both experiences couldn't be better. Thank you, Joe Mihans More
Best Sales Person Ever Carlos Scaloni I have never met such a wonderful Sales Person as Carlos Scaloni. He was honest, knowledgeable and helpful in every aspect of our car buying experie I have never met such a wonderful Sales Person as Carlos Scaloni. He was honest, knowledgeable and helpful in every aspect of our car buying experience. After visiting 6 different dealerships to find the right car for us, our mind was made up after meeting this wonderful salesperson who goes out of his way to help in the car buying process which can sometimes be stressful. From the minute we walked into the showroom, till the next day when we picked up the car, everything about him was spot on. He even went the extra mile to deliver the car to us at the car rental agency we had been using all week. We were so impressed with Carlos that we are planning to buy a second car for ourselves and for our son and would not hesitate to buy from him again. Thank you Carlos for making this the best car buying experience ever! Dawn and Alan Jacobs ps the Finance manager Jim Libutti was also very knowledgeable and helpful......what a great team! More

I was fortuneate to have meet Carlos, sales associate. He was professional, helpful, patient, and honest. I had been to the dealership several times looking and asking questions, and Carlos was always available and willing to answer all of my questions, despite the fact that the dealership is always very busy! Carlos always made time for me. He was extremely knowledgeable about Hondas and helped me select the car that was best for me. I bought an Accord today and was treated very well. I'm sure the Servicing Dept will be top notch too! I highly recommend this dealership! Thank you Carlos, and to all the staff at Friendly! More
Great car buying experience! Carlos and the whole team at Friendly Honda were extremely helpful! I was very upside down on my loan on a Grand Cherokee (by about $8,000) and wanted Carlos and the whole team at Friendly Honda were extremely helpful! I was very upside down on my loan on a Grand Cherokee (by about $8,000) and wanted to trade in for a lease on a new Civic Hatchback as a way of erasing that negative equity when the lease term was up. I went to Curry Honda in Yorktown first and when they saw how much negative equity I had, they didn’t even try to help me. However at Friendly Honda, the whole process was a breeze. Carlos was confident that we could get the deal done and he was able to do so with very little money down as well. My first visit there was on a Friday and I picked the car up Monday. Very quick process and I can’t thank them enough! More
