poor repair service Beware Vets, First Responders and anyone in between. As a vet and disabled first responder, I have never had such a negative experience with a local b Beware Vets, First Responders and anyone in between. As a vet and disabled first responder, I have never had such a negative experience with a local business as I had with Friendly Honda. If I could give a "0" I would. After multiple days of having my Odyssey and 4 trips back and forth, the service department was unable to properly diagnose and fix my car. They misdiagnosed and replaced the power steering pump. Then they blamed Honda for sending them a faulty new one and replaced it again. Both times I didn't make it out of the lot without realizing it hadn't been fixed. But, they did "figure 8s" in the lot. Really?? The problem was verified and witnessed by the Sales Manager (of course he was the only person available to help). He msg the service manager, Veronica Sarles, and said she would call by 9:00 am the next morning. She didn't and when we called that afternoon, said she was too busy, then made excuse after excuse. Having no confidence in Friendly service, I transported the car to Danbury Honda. They immediately diagnosed and fixed the problem saying they couldn't believe the tech at Friendly could misdiagnose this problem as it was very obvious. Also stated that a reputable company would have stood behind their name and reimbursed us for the misdiagnosis and unnecessary part/work. They even called Friendly but got the same response as we did. And, dealerships are like doctors, they don't go against another. So, for this to happen, enough said. They have refused to act in good faith. Mr. Kahn, owner/Pres. and Mr. Di Capua did not respond at all. I guess they don't care either. Listen, everybody should be treated fairly and get what they pay for so not only is this review for vets and first responders but also for any car owner thinking of getting service at Friendly Honda. Beware, Beware, Beware!! More

AWFUL, UNREPUTABLE and DISHONEST Make sure you have any "certified" vehicle inspected by a 3rd party reputable mechanic BEFORE you make a purchase. I paid roughly 4K above market valu Make sure you have any "certified" vehicle inspected by a 3rd party reputable mechanic BEFORE you make a purchase. I paid roughly 4K above market value (24K) for my 2015 CRV with over 40K in miles thinking that the "certified" actually meant something, and have had NOTHING but issues since the purchase. Only 3-months after purchasing the CRV I was told by the dealership that I needed brake pads, then immediately took the car to 2-independent mechanics who told me I actually needed both pads and rotors. AWFUL, UNREPUTABLE and DISHONEST, please stay away for the good of your wallet and mental health. More
