I bought 2 vehicles from Friendly Honda in a course of 2 weeks. I would highly recommend to find another dealership. Friendly Honda operates a deceptive dealership . The warranties which are promised to cover everything and anything . . To come in and nothing is cov Friendly Honda operates a deceptive dealership . The warranties which are promised to cover everything and anything . . To come in and nothing is covered .. are expensive and worthless as much as the paper they are on. They will also do deceptive contracts. For example , my lease of a demo with 5500 miles had stated in the Honda financial paperwork , with 2 miles. The NYS Title had 8 miles. They artificially inflated the vehicles value to get the loan from Honda , and to maximize the total profit. District manager did pay the excessive miles and disposition fee only to find out since they made me pay remainder of lease off, that the car will be worth MORE than the buy out. Meaning , the dealership will more than likely keep the vehicle , not pay any fees , and make a profit. I have copies of all contracts . I was told at signing these miles would not count against lease then was told they would and then they took care of it allegedly .. but they make out somehow ? Owner would have no part in conversations either . Other friendly Honda customers I’ve spoken too said they’ve had experiences (bad) with their expensive warranties. They also won’t budge on price meaning they make money off sale and they mark up interest rates so they get both ends. Entire family has gone here for generations - not anymore .Beware More
