Great service but Carstar did an awesome job with my repair, but there choice of rental car service is horrible. First I waited over an hour for pick up then enterprise says here's a free upgrade for your wait. I'm feeling better about the wait, but then when I return the car they wanted to charge me for the upgrade. To sum it up make other arrangements for a rental if you take your car there. More

I asked for the service and inspection promotion, I had no appointment and received immediate attention. The service was completed and a recommended repairs list generated. A consultation by Scott, their service technical adviser followed. I applied my rewards dollars I had accumulated from previous service visits and brought the promotion cost down even lower.
