As first time buyer's we did an extensive review of products, which led us to drive from Wilmington, NC to the Harrisburg RV Show last fall to check out the full line of Leisure Travel Vans and the competition. After settling on a 2017 Unity FX, Bob and the Fretz RV Team made us a deal, at the show, worth buying from them vs a local NC dealer. So glad we did! We picked up our RV in April and during the entire process Bob and the Fretz team have been responsive to all our questions, very open and friendly, exhibited a strong knowledge of the product line and have been very competitive in all areas of the transaction. This includes Brian Strampel's delivery on financing and Bob Bodkin and the service team on resolving some early equipment operating issues. Our only recommendation would be for improvements in the delivery vehicle preparation and "New" user orientation processes; while good a few tweaks would make this part of the service experience stand out. However, if you're looking for a recreational vehicle Fretz is the place to begin and end your buying experience. We have and will continue to recommend Fretz RV to everyone we meet! More

Outstanding Salesman I want to provide some feedback on my recent experience with Eric Fasci. He really went out of his way to answer all of my questions, including going I want to provide some feedback on my recent experience with Eric Fasci. He really went out of his way to answer all of my questions, including going out of his way to print hauling capacity dry weight charts for my vehicle at the Oaks RV show, and proving to me that I can pull a Winnebago Micro Minnie (i.e. 7,000 GVW) with my Ford Explorer, which has a maximum pull weight limit of 5,000 lbs. The dry weight of the Micro Minnie was only 3,780, well below the maximum pulling capacity of my Ford,and that was my pivotal question. He was also fair in providing a value for my trade-in. We love the Winnebago brand name, the dual axles and the additional room with the slide-out. Eric also allayed our apprehensions with a "slide-out" since this was our first experience with one. He also returned my many phone calls timely, and was always available to talk at length to ensure his answers satisfied my questions. I also appreciate meeting and dealing with Brian Stampel and Gary Geib, who were also very informative and good for Fretz RV salesmanship and customer relations. More
