Great to work with over a long distance. My wife and I bought a camper from Fretz RV and most of our communication with Kristen was via email(s). We set up a day to come down (1:45 minutes away) and see the camper, it was ready for us to look at even though they don't typically bring out the popups until later in the season. Rick was there to show us the camper because Kristen could not be there. We felt very welcome and not pressured into buying anything, which is such a positive in my book. Throughout the next two weeks we emailed back and fourth with Kristen to have it gone over before purchasing it. Also, the price was right on with book value, we didn't have to go through any wasted time haggling with the price because it was fair from the get go. On the day I traveled down to pick it up, Kristen went over everything inside and out. Rick was on hand to also answer any of my questions. The entire staff very helpful from sales, service, finance and the camper shop. I would definitely recommend Fretz RV. More

Very Professional, Laid back, and not Pushy! This was my wife's and my first time shopping for a trailer and purchasing one. Rick was very knowledgeable and very helping/willing to take the time to explain everything. Two things that really stood out to me through this whole experience. First, He was not pushy like most salesmen that are just trying to make a buck/commission. That goes a long way, easily when you are just looking and trying to think through the whole process. Secondly, everyone, especially Rick, have such a warm and welcoming attitude from the minute you walk in, all the way to leaving the lot with a trailer. This really makes the whole experience worth it. At the end, they want to make sure you understand everything and are willing to walk you through the entire trailer and explain it. It was a wonderful experience and I would definitely recommend shopping here if you are looking for a new or used trailer. More
