He was very helpful in all aspects of our purchase. When picked up our camper, Ron showed us everything we needed to know how to set it up and what we needed to get us started. Brian was very helpful with the financing and insurance. Would have rated 5 stars but did not because I was looking for a jayco 12SC and they didn't have any in stock and it would have taken 3 mos. to get it in. I still have a very nice camper and my overall experience was very good. I would recommend Fretz RV to anyone looking to buy a RV or camper. More
