Fresno Lexus

I went in yesterday and had an appointment to drive 2 different cars and was planning to trade my Lexus in for a lease or purchase of another Lexus. Aaron was a great salesman and very knowledge however different cars and was planning to trade my Lexus in for a lease or purchase of another Lexus. Aaron was a great salesman and very knowledge however after 3.5 hours I left the dealership with no appraisal on my trade or any payment plan lease or purchase on the cars I was interested in thank you sales manager Espinoza. I had plans so I was told I would receive a phone call a text or an email with all of the numbers to possibly purchase release the car and by 10 o’clock at night. I have never received any communication. This dealership does not respect their customer or their time . I will never take my car to get serviced there or tell anyone to go there to purchase a car. I had the worst experience ever the fact they let me walk out the door with no numbers and they did not contact me within seven hours is completely despicable and disappointing for Lexus dealership. After living in San Diego and having the best Lexus customer service in purchasing and service I am disgusted and disappointed with this crap dealership More
