The employee that always makes my visit very pleasant is Tevin Ivy. He always searches for the best price for my repairs to ease my financial pain. He's what a Lexus Representative should always be; courtesy, respectful and pays attention to my issues. The only problem I have with Lexus is the prices of parts and Labor are so astronomical that it causes a hardship for me. I love my 2007 Lexus but I don't have a Lexus financial income.
