I needed to take the car in because the drivers side rear tire had developed a slow leak. It was determined to have a small piece of metal and per the warranty I had purchased, the tire was replaced at no c tire had developed a slow leak. The service representative was Tevin Ivy, and he kept me updated on everything from getting the car washed to when the tire was going to be replaced. I appreciated the time he took to do this ,and I would recommend a letter of exemplary performance be put in his file. And further, I would recommend Lexus service to family and friends, as well as recommending purchasing or leasing a Lexus. Great job Fresno Lexus! More
