I called dealer on the phone regarding a ford pick up truck. Talked to Zach Itehad. Very blunt with the dealership as I am from out of town. Did not want to waste my time or theirs. Very short conversation as to what I wanted to pay for the vehicle. Deal was made to purchase truck. I had a friend go and inspect the truck and it was everything that the dealer said it was. Very refreshing to deal with a dealership that actually knows what customer service and satisfaction is. Two days after calling the dealership I flew in to pick up the truck. When I got to the dealership I inspected the truck and there was two small scratches in the paint. The dealership immediately went to work fixing the issue and by th etime i had signed the paper work it was done and ready to go. I was in the dealership less than 40 minutes start to finish. This really helped me as I had a 650 mile trip back home. I have bought cars all over the country and this was one of the best experiences with a dealer I have ever had. More

Jordan made my experience of buying a car painless. After the purchase he made sure the window company contacted me about the air I could hear coming through the bottom of the windshield.
