The supplies are generated automatically and are reflected on every repair. The supply charges go to multiple supplies and services needed to keep our facility up to date so we can provide the best service possible to you and your vehicle. The alignment machine used has to be maintained and the most up to date calibrations to ensure the alignment is perfect. In review of you comments I do feel we should not have this charge on a labor only repair. I would be happy to refund your charge of the shop supplies and offer to take care of your next oil change service as a result.
