We certainly apologize for the fact that we were not able to get you approved. We never tell a customer that the deal is FINAL until the bank gives us the final approval. You actually signed paperwork that stated this. So-- there is NO WAY that you should have thought that you were 100% approved. We tried our best. We certainly did not "bait and switch you." The price of the vehicle never changed. We cannot get you approved on that car period. When you have credit challenges like yours, zero money down and negative equity from your current vehicle it is a difficult loan to get approved. We tried our best. We did get an approval but the bank will not do the deal unless you put money down which would put them in a better position and they also want a higher interest rate. A higher interest rate will raise your payments. We tried and failed. But we did try and we certainly wanted to make the deal happen. We certainly apologize for your frustration and we can understand you are upset, but we were and still are on your side. We would certainly welcome your suggestions on how we could have given you better service. Thank you for giving us the opportunity to improve, Freeway Chevrolet

Hello Bryan, I am sorry to hear that you are so upset. It sounds like there was a lot of confusion on this deal. We have a selling price of $23182. We had $2500 in Rebates, and after your $7000 down-- you financed $16348 including tax, title and license. We did provide you with a buyers order that broke all these numbers down and you signed it. You also signed a contract and several other forms that had this on it as well. Tracy usually does an excellent job explaining things but in this case it appears that he did not. You purchased the vehicle on 9/11/2014---- you brought this to our attention yesterday on 10/21/2014. Unfortunately, the vehicle has been titled in your name by this time so our options are limited. There is no way that we could have discounted a Cruze by $7000 more dollars. I wish we could but that is impossible. I appreciate you bringing this to my attention and I will talk to all my people about explaining the numbers clearly. There is always room for improvement. I am sorry that we did not ensure that you understood the numbers and I am sorry that you feel like you over paid.
