Hello Mr. Yates, I apologize for the length of time in getting back to you. I wanted to talk with everyone involved in the work that was performed on your vehicle. The work performed on your vehicle was for an A/C compressor and A/C line which is located in the engine compartment. We didn’t have to remove the dash or any sort of trim pieces inside of your truck to complete this repair for you. Your truck is 13 years old and when I looked at the cracked dash with you the dash was basically falling apart in our hands. I did try looking at video from the cameras on our lot and was unable zoom into the truck. The dash wasn’t damaged here, but we will definitely help you out with the cost of repair if that is what you choose to do . If you are interested please give me a call at 480-735-0302. Hello Yvonne, As you are aware, you keep reposting the same complaint. The first time you posted this, you already had picked up your down payment. We have also apologized to you repeatedly and disciplined the employees involved for not communicating thoroughly on why you need a cosigner. They should have showed your credit to you and showed you that it would be impossible to get you approved without a co-signer. Also, they should have explained to you that with your credit history, it was still going to be very difficult to get you approved, but we would try our best. You never should have felt you were approved in any way! I will add that we are very sorry that we could not get you approved. A person who needs a co-signer cannot be first on any loan--- If you could be first, you would not need a co-signer. In some cases even with a co-signer, you cannot be approved. In your case, we tried very hard, but we could not find a bank that would loan you the money. As far as it taking so long, The state of Arizona gives us thirty days to assign a lien holder. So we could take up to 30 days to get a bank approval. We average about 9 days. We try every possible option to get a customer approved before we give up. Typically we submit the file to a bank and they review it, and once they have reviewed it and we have communicated is when you get an approval or a decline letter. On a challenging deal as it appears your deal was, the banks are slower as we are going up the ladder so to speak to try to get you approved. I have used this situation as a training situation and I will get with everyone involved. Buying a vehicle can be very stressful and having to bring one back is a very tough experience. I wish I could get everyone approved, but we sell the vehicles and the banks have the final say on who gets approved and how the loans must be submitted. I understand how you feel. I apologize for your frustration, unfortunately we are stuck in a no win situation. You came 3 times that is true. First time you came, we explained that we had to get you approved before you could take a car and that you would need a down payment. With your credit history, we had one bank that might approve you if you could provide all the required stipulations. The second time you came, we had an approval based on you bringing al the stipulations which included proof of income. You brought most of them but not proof of income and the car we had for you got sold to another customer. We find another car, you come for the third time and you bring everything required, however just as we are about to complete paperwork we ask you for the required proof of income and you could not prove the income that you put on a legal credit application. You stated you made $3000 per month. The bank approved you based on that. You could only prove about half of that. The bank wants proof as in a paystub or a W-2. The banks do not take people's word for what they make. Based on what you stated and wrote on the credit app and what you could actually prove. Edgar told you that the bank turned you down because of a fraudulent credit application. TIn hindsight, Edgar should have told you that the bank revoked their approval due to lack of income. Edgar has been educated on this and we believe he has learned his lesson. I apologize for not being able to get you approved, but we do everything we can to help customers, however, some times we cannot get someone approved. I wish you the best of luck in your

Hello, I apologize for your frustration. Unfortunately, we are not perfect. We have people doing jobs every day and they are going to make mistakes at times. The day you came in, we realized that there was a pricing mistake and we disclosed that to you. We also told you we would honor the price that day but that we were going to fix the price the next day. For reasons of your own, you did not take advantage of the price that day. That is fine and that is your choice. This is definitely not bait and switch. We never tried to raise the price on you or switch you to another unit. If we are willing to honor the price, how could it be bait and switch? I apologize if my sales manager was rude and I will speak with him today.
