I bought a used Commander from this dealership and shortly thereafter started to experience on going problems, which in the end was discovered as an electrical problem. It was quite a process, and under normal circumstances or with different people handling the account, one might have absolutely lost their temper, patience, understanding and cool. However, the treatment that I received from the Service Department at Jeep Freehold was not only "great", it was exceptional, namely from Sal and Donna ... who keeps me coming back. I am confident that they will lead me in the best direction, I trust them, and they always make me feel welcome. I would recommend this dealership highly. And Donna is by far a very valuable employee that puts everything she has into her job. It's easy to write a letter of complaint, but far too often good deeds go unnoticed. More

Armen Grigoryan was a terrific Sales Consultant to work with. He Let us drive the chrysler 200. Answered all our questions and worked with both us and the dealership to come up with a price and lease agre with. He Let us drive the chrysler 200. He never pressured us, which would have caused my husband and I to leave, he made us feel that he wasn't just trying to sell a car but do whatever needed for us to lease the car that day. Me and my father went here to purchase a new jeep liberty. As we thought we had closed a deal (dealing with idiots aka Pat, Keith, and Greg) we were then bashed by the General Sales Manager named Gr liberty. He called us a liar and continued to get loud on the phone with us. Again we are the customer and you are a manager?? VERY unprofessional, VERY rude and will NEVER reccomend this dealership to anyone I know...apparently this isnt the first time I have heard the same behavior from these jerks. DO NOT waste ur time and money there!!! P.S. Did purchase a new Jeep Liberty I wanted somewhere else and did not have to wait for it to be "picked up". Thanks for nothing Freehold dealer! :) More
