I purchased a Town & Country last week, and the dealership was about to close so things were understandably a little rushed. My salesman put the stow-n-go seats down in the back so I could transfer dealership was about to close so things were understandably a little rushed. My salesman put the stow-n-go seats down in the back so I could transfer belongings from my trade-in to the new van. A couple of days later I sorted through those belongings and wanted to restore the van's seats to the upright position. I spent probably 30 minutes, very aggravated, trying to put the seats up. They were clearly stuck in the down position, and I was getting nowhere. I went back to the dealership last night, but my salesman was not there. Artie Nudelman took the time to explain how the seats worked, and then tried to put the rear seats back up. When he couldn't accomplish it, he took me back to service where he had them restore the rear seats to upright. Knowing that he wouldn't get any monetary benefit from helping me, he still went ahead and made sure that my problem was taken care of and that I was happy. That spoke volumes to me, and I was very happy that I bumped into Artie last night! I love my new van - LOVE IT - and now there's another good experience from your dealership under my belt. I couldn't be happier! More

Went in to purchase a used Jeep Liberty after finding the car on their web site. I Had already had a bad experience in the past, purchasing a used 2003 Jeep Liberty from them (needed over $3000 in repairs s car on their web site. I Had already had a bad experience in the past, purchasing a used 2003 Jeep Liberty from them (needed over $3000 in repairs shortly after I purchased the vehicle). Let Keith know about this, and he promised me they would do everything they could to earn my trust and business back. Test drove the 2005 Jeep, made what I considered to be a fair offer on the vehicle (based on what I paid for the 2003 Jeep, which had more equipment than the 2005 Jeep). They didn't take my offer (which was OK), but Matt gave me a take it or leave it attitude, and in a real snotty manner told me that we had nothing left to discuss, and he hung up the phone on me (where do these young people feel they can have an attitude with customers). Wanted to speak to Keith (sales manager) about this treatment (since he was the one who told me they wanted to earn my business back), left him a voicemail and an email to please get back to me regarding the 2005 Jeep, and he didn't have the guts to either return my email or phone call. After not hearing from them for a week, I called their service department and canceled the upcoming service appointment (oil change) I had for the 2003 Jeep, telling that rep that their sales department had treated me like garbage, and that I would never spend another dime in that dealership again. Oh, one other thing. I discovered while negotiating the price for the 2005 Jeep that the price they post on the internet fails to include a $995 internet listing fee, which you can find listed eventually at the bottom of the cars' web page, in very small font/print. I learned about the vehicle I wanted from off the I learned about the vehicle I wanted from off the internet and took a trip from Philadelphia to check it out. The moment I walked into the dealership I learned about the vehicle I wanted from off the internet and took a trip from Philadelphia to check it out. The moment I walked into the dealership, my Salesperson made eye contact, sat me down and truthfully answered all of my questions. The staff valued my trade and worked very hard getting me the Financing I needed, at the best interest rate I have had in my car buying experience and made it possible for me to drive home in my newly purchased car that same day. I didn't think I would drive it home on that same day, this was a dream come true. The staff was very friendly. I would recommend this dealership to anyone looking to purchase a car. Oh yeah, don't forget to ask for Arnie, he's AWESOME! More

Leased my '08 Liberty...went in to buy it at end of lease. Bill showed me a few different options but listened to what I was looking to do. He came back with some good numbers that made sense for me. W lease. Bill showed me a few different options but listened to what I was looking to do. He came back with some good numbers that made sense for me. We decided to do the deal. There was no pressure- just facts and options to discuss. Bill is a great guy and while we figured things out he was great to talk to. When I moved to the finance portion, Anthony was terrific. Another good personality. He explained everything he needed to. He took extra time to clarify anything I had questions about. He showed me some protection plans and just gave the facts- no hard sale like I have experienced at Toyota- which is why I left Toyota. I will recommend this dealership to anyone who needs a good car. More

From Anne on the phone to Sal in service - it has always been a fabulous experience. This past week I brought my Jeep Liberty off my lease. My dealings with Harry Palmer and Anthony Mangano were informative, helpful and knowledgable. It was an transaction with no problems. I would highly recommend Jeep dealership. More
