They told us one price when we took the car and when we came back to do the paperwork it was another price. The place was closing so we did some minimal paperwork so we could take the car home, obviously w came back to do the paperwork it was another price. The place was closing so we did some minimal paperwork so we could take the car home, obviously worthless, and we took the car ( they told us to come back the next day and we would square everything away )When we came back they gave us some BS story about the bank not accepting the app meanwhile they told us we had a deal for a lease $419/month when we left and when we came back it was another bank and the price was $449.We were basically stuck taking the deal or they would hit us with use fees for the car we had and we would waste the day looking for another car again. We had it for a few days and we actually liked the car just not the people selling it. We should have know from the start, the sales guy was a vulture and the managers were even worse. $30 might not be much money but a deal is a deal and to push it on us at the last minute was very dishonest and scam like. Felt pressured the whole time. The worst car shopping experience ever. Stay away from these dishonest people. More

I have bought many cars in my life and this was by far the least painful experience I've ever had. I came in looking for an inexpensive new car, and left with a 'gently' used car that is wonderful. Donna ALWAYS takes great care of me. Whenever I have a problem, I can drop by and she will address my issues promptly. When an indicator light goes on or there is a problem with my vehicle, she always tel problem, I can drop by and she will address my issues promptly. SINCE THE DEALERSHIP THAT I'VE BEEN USING FOR THE LAST FEW YEARS CLOSED DOWN, I DECIDED TO CALL THE CLOSEST ONE, WHICH WAS FREEHOLD CHRYSLER JEEP. IT WAS AROUND 4:50 PM ON A SATURDAY AND AFTER SPEEKING WITH JIM, I WAS TOLD THAT IF I COULD GET THERE BEFORE 5:30 PM, THEN THEY WOULD BE ABLE TO HELP ME OUT WITH A NEW REMOTE AND IT WOULD COST ME APPROXIMATELY $250. AS I STARTED DRIVING, I REALIZED THAT THERE WAS NO WAY FOR ME TO MAKE IT THERE IN TIME AND I CALLED JIM TO FIND OUT IF ANYONE WOULD BE THERE BY THE TIME I ARRIVED. HE EXPLAINED TO ME THAT THE SERVICE DEPARTMENT CLOSES AT 5:30 AND ASKED ME IF I CAN GET THERE MONDAY MORNING. I TOLD JIM THAT I WORK AND THERE IS NO WAY THAT I CAN BE THERE ON MONDAY MORNING. HE TOLD ME TO HOLD ON AND HE WOULD SEE WHAT HE CAN DO. HE CAME BACK ON THE LINE TO TELL ME THAT HE WILL WAIT FOR ME TO GET THERE. NEEDLESS TO SAY, I GOT THERE BY 5:38 PM AND JIM WAS THERE WAITING FOR ME. HE REPLACED THE REMOTE CONTROL AND TOLD ME THAT IT WAS UNDER WARRANTY AND IT WOULD NOT COST ME A PENNY. FINALLY A PLACE WITH GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND FREEHOLD CHRYSLER JEEP. I WILL BE THEIR CUSTOMER FROM NOW ON. More
