Freehold Chrysler/Jeep is the place to go. After previously purchasing 2 vehicles from Sea View Jeep and not being satisfied with their sales staff/service department we decided to try Freehold Jeep previously purchasing 2 vehicles from Sea View Jeep and not being satisfied with their sales staff/service department we decided to try Freehold Jeep. We were met by a nice gentleman Artie Nudelman who asked if we needed any assistance. We sat down and explained what we were looking for and Artie found us the exact Jeep Cherokee we were looking for. There was no hassle and we are happy with staff at Freehold Jeep who were nice and made this a pleasant experience.I will reccommend Freehold Jeep to my family and friends. We love our new Jeep. More

I had the most wonderful experience buying my Jeep at Freehold Chrysler Jeep. I came onto the lot with an idea in my head but with no intentions of leaving with a car the same day! I worked with the sale Freehold Chrysler Jeep. I came onto the lot with an idea in my head but with no intentions of leaving with a car the same day! I worked with the salesman, Kevin Shimrock, who was more than happy to show me everything I wanted to see and even make some wonderful suggestions. I also had the opportunity to work with Greg, who was extremely helpful from the moment I submitted my online inquiry. I have nothing but wonderful things to say about EVERYONE at Freehold Chrysler Jeep. I have never had such a good time buying a car before. I am so happy with my 2008 Jeep Wrangler, I suggest Freehold Chrysler Jeep to all of my friends and will never go to another dealership again! Thanks! More
Came to purchase a Town and Country minivan and they had a great inventory of vehicle to choose from!! The salesman, Harry "your car guy" Palmer, was a pleasure to work with and gave us brownies and entert a great inventory of vehicle to choose from!! The salesman, Harry "your car guy" Palmer, was a pleasure to work with and gave us brownies and entertained our 9 month old as we worked out a deal. He spent a considerable amount going over the features of the car -- which are impressive. After some negotiating, Wally the owner sharpened his pen to make us a very good deal, and was very friendly and engaging. Ed in finance was also a pleasure to work with to finalize the transaction. Overall, we would recommend a visit to the dealership if you are looking for nice sales staff, greate inventory and a good deal. More
We entered the dealership with the intention of ruling out the Town and Country in our minivan search. Artie approached us and showed us the minivan and demonstrated all the bells and whistles offered on out the Town and Country in our minivan search. Artie approached us and showed us the minivan and demonstrated all the bells and whistles offered on the T&C and let us test drive the vehicle. He was very matter of fact, was not pushy in his sales pitch and once we drove the van, we knew our search was over. The rest of the process was easy and though we had to wait a while to meet with the business manager since it was a holiday and the dealership was quite busy, once we got into Ed's office, the whole process moved very quickly. While we waited, Artie checked in on us several times to give us updates on how much longer we would need to wait, etc. Overall, a painless purchase. More

The things I could say about this dealership are endless. I spent three days, and hours of wasted time in there fighting with these sales managers over the gross injustice that was done to me. Let’s start wi I spent three days, and hours of wasted time in there fighting with these sales managers over the gross injustice that was done to me. Let’s start with Day One. Day One wasn't all that terrible looking back. My sales guy was decent. I seemed to know more about the car than he did, but he was still ok to me. While filling out paper work, I told them that my trade-in would have to have the license plates broken off and it wouldn't be easy, but when it came time to drive off the lot, they still hadn't removed the plates from the old car. When they tried, they told me they were stuck, so they clearly had not been listening to me. On top of that, they told me that the spare key was on another lot and I would have to pick it up the following day. Before getting into the car, I gave it one last look and found a few scratches. Wally personally came out, offered me ice cream, then had the scratches buffed out. Day Two, I walk in the door and am immediately recognized by Wally, who waved excitedly at me from the office window. I was heading straight for the office when I was cut off by one of the sales managers, who clearly did not want me to walk in there. He asked me what I needed help with and I explained that my plates and spare key were supposed to be there for me to pick up, as well as the owner’s manual for the car, seeing as I realized that was also missing when I got home the previous day. I was told over the phone that everything would be ready for me that day. He said ok, sat me down at a desk, walked away, and never came back. A half hour passed before another sales manager was brought over to help me by a sales associate. This was Greg Gilley. Once again, I explained my situation and he went off, leaving me alone at the desk yet again. It got to the point where I went up to him and asked him for a screw driver so I could take the plates off of my old car myself. I successfully removed the front plate before someone was sent out to take over. After being taken back inside, I was told by Greg that they couldn’t find my spare key. By this time, I was frustrated that I'd spent the amount of time that I had in the dealership. I asked him what he was going to do to fix it and took a slight tone with him, to which he replied, "Do you want me to help you or not?" We then went down to the service station where he ordered a spare key to be made for me. After coming back out, he then told me that they couldn't find the manual either. He gave me a phone number and told me I could order the manual from there and I immediately snapped back with, "No. YOU can call and order it for me because I'm not going to call that number. I shouldn't have to even be here today, wasting my time." He then walked me to the rear exit and held the door open and told me everything would be ready the following day. I stood inside and said that I wanted to talk to Wally and I was told no, so I replied with, "Tomorrow, then.", and left. [With my plates.] Day Three was just as aggravating. I walked in and again, was put at a desk where I sat for close to an hour waiting for them to bring me the things I was promised. Eventually, I was brought down to the service station where I sat down with a woman who was more than nice to me and got my papers through to have the key made. I was also told, from the time I walked in, that Wally was in a meeting. So I waited for the key to be made, and during that time, I asked about the manual. The associate who sold me the car initially wound up ordering the book for me then and there, since the sales manager had completely neglected to, or even have someone else do it. After spending another few hours in the dealership, I finally received my spare key. I ran into Greg, who lied through his teeth to me, saying that if I needed anything, I could ask him. I left without talking to Wally, since I was told that he was still in a meeting. I had planned on going back a fourth day to speak to him but gave up seeing as, by this point, it just wasn't worth it. All in all, Wally Darwish was extremely nice to me, both over the phone and in person. [When I actually ran into him, that is.] His co-workers on the other hand, were not. I wouldn't say that everyone there is nasty. I had some extremely nice people help me out through all of this such as, Artie Nudelman, Anthony Mangano, and of course Wally. Truth be told, though, even with the few good workers there, they can't make up for the rest of the awful staff. I would never recommend that anyone go to this dealership, at least not with most of the staff that is there now. More
