While the dealership experience was less than desirable, Armen was fabulous. He was easy going but very knowledgeable. He had a personality that of not the 'typical' salesmen. You felt that he was honest an Armen was fabulous. He was easy going but very knowledgeable. He had a personality that of not the 'typical' salesmen. You felt that he was honest and that he wanted to make the best deal for you. He went out of his way to be welcoming and to make you feel like you were what was important. When you go to this dealership, be prepared to wait however, if you have Armen with you, at least it won't be as bad. By the way, Eddie in finance is a trip. He was smart, funny and quick witted. Eddie should be more prominent, up front, keeping the customers cool while keeping them entertained. These two guys made the dealership experience worth while. Thank you. More

My family and I had an emergency on our way out to Long Island to visit family. We were just starting out on the road and I noticed that we had a nail in our rear tire and it was hissing. It was very hot o Island to visit family. We were just starting out on the road and I noticed that we had a nail in our rear tire and it was hissing. It was very hot out that day and I had a three year old and 3 month old in the back seat, who already had a big trip ahead of them making it to Long Island. We recenetly moved to Freehold and used Freehold Chrysler Jeep on Route 9 once before, so we immediately thought to drive straight there, hoping they were still open being that it was after 5pm. I explained my situation to Sal Hernandez and him and his team assessed the situation, fixed and filled the tire all within a matter of 10-15 minutes. I didn't have to take my girls out of the car or prolong their long trip. Sal and his staff were very kind and helpful to my family and I. I truely appreciate all of their help. More
After talking with Bill Morgan for about an hour, my husband and I were given a quote for how much we will be paying monthly for a 39 month lease. He told us to leave our jeep liberty there (our lease husband and I were given a quote for how much we will be paying monthly for a 39 month lease. He told us to leave our jeep liberty there (our lease was up in the upcoming week or two) and take the chrysler 200 home that night. So, for $299/mo, WITH LEATHER SEATS, for 39 months, we were satisfied. It seemed too good to be true. My husband asked Bill Morgan, "you're not gonna turn around and all of a sudden tell us the price changed right"? "No, it's all good. you won't have a problem getting this, this is what you're getting", he assured us. On July 13, a few days later, Anthony, the finance guy calls us. Before hanging up, my husband started to ask him a question about the leather seats. "Oh, well until money has been put down nothing can be done anyway so we'll talk about that when you come in". On July 14, the next day, my husband and I drove to Freehold Chrysler Jeep to meet with Anthony. After we were sitting a few minutes, he turns around and says, "well, I got the approval but not for a lease, it's for a finance, and it's not $299/month, it's %353.85/month, and it's not for 39 months, it's 72 months". WELL, my husband was livid. I'm not even going to go into what was said after that. So, now they have our truck, we already drove the car home days before, and the form my husband signed for the $299/mo for 39 months wasn't valid they told us because that amount hadn't been approved by the bank at that time. Although Bill Morgan promised us it would be and we were not to worry. I put N/A for friendliness because when we got there, they couldn't be anymore friendlier. After all that happened, their whole attitude had changed. And they had no time to talk. We're trusting people and we're very honest ourselves. We just jumped into something too fast. But that doesn't give them the right to do what they done to us. I'm sure we are not the first, and we definately won't be their last. I personally, wouldn't recommend them to any of my friends. More
My lease ended and I needed to find a new car so I went over to Freehold Chrysler and Jeep. Artie approached my mom and I and within 15 minutes had an offer for me that I couldn't refuse. I told him exac over to Freehold Chrysler and Jeep. Artie approached my mom and I and within 15 minutes had an offer for me that I couldn't refuse. I told him exactly what I wanted to put down and what I needed my monthly payments to be and he was able to meet both of those needs. I am now the very happy owner of a 2011 Jeep Patriot. Artie was not pushy, didn't make me feel pressured into buying anything I didn't feel comfortable with. During the test drive he showed us all of the features that the car had and I left feeling at ease and very comfortable. He's extremely personable, friendly, and I can guarantee that I will only be recommending Artie to anyone that I come across. I've already told two people who are in the market for a new car to head over to him and I haven't even had my car for 24 hours. Ed Reardon was also great to work with. The whole process was a pleasure. This is the only time I've been to a car dealership where I was smiling the entire time. Usually it's all frustration and stress. NOT here. I feel confident in saying that I will continue to purchase cars from Artie and will probably never enter another dealership again. I can't really even express what a great experience this was. And, above all, Artie wanted to make sure that no matter what, I left happy. I did, I love my new car, and I can't thank him or Ed enough for the outstanding customer service. More

To be honest they seemed like really nice knowledeable people when my 2010 Chrysler 300C with 41,000 miles was brought there on the back of a flatbed truck. That eneded the minute I left that night. I tol people when my 2010 Chrysler 300C with 41,000 miles was brought there on the back of a flatbed truck. That eneded the minute I left that night. I told them that while I was driving down Rt 18 my dash lights flickered and went off, as they did so did the car, no power, no nothing. Approximately 4 weeks later after teling me it was electrical all along they call to tell me the timing chain had broken???? What happened to the electrical problem I thought. 9 weeks to the day later I finally got my car back. The repair was covered under the drive train warranty but not the car rental, which I now have had for 63 days at 35 dollars per day. They said they don't pay for rentals but since it was so long they took off 500......as the commercial says,"Woooo Hoooo !!!!!" They had no concern for me or my inconvenience at all. I seriously think this will be my last Chrysler product ever because even after getting Chrysler, Detroit involved nothing seemed to really change except the fact that Chrysler Detroit is going to pick up 24 days of the rental. Freehold Chrysler, with their incompetent mechanics is only picking up 10 days which leaves the remaining 29 days my responsibility.....WOOOOO HOOOOOOOO. Stay away from this dealership at ALL costs, sales service anything. Terrible way to treat a customer who purchases through work 3 new Chrysler 300 C's per year, hopefully no more. Any suggestions for a good car similar in size and appearance??????? I'm open for suggestions. More
