Every person in the dealership was friednly, attentive, easy going, and willing to listen. I walked in with my mother and a four year old and a two year old. From the minute we walked in we were greeted an easy going, and willing to listen. I walked in with my mother and a four year old and a two year old. From the minute we walked in we were greeted and made to feel right at home. Kenny our salesman listened to what we wanted and why we wanted it and what we wanted to pay for it. Without the normal pushy behavior, he got the point that with two kids present, he needed to either find us the car and deal we were looking for, or to let us leave. He was able to find me the most amazing car at the most unbelievable price. The car has everything and anything I could ever dream of or imagine. From that point we filled out some paperwork, prepped the cars, and were on our way. The whole process was very easy and actually enjoyable. Every individual was able to work with us to make the deal. I have bought several cars from several places in the past and this was by far the best car buying experience EVER!!!!!! Chrysler Freehold Jeep had the best prices, best cars, and best staff!!! This is for sure the place I would recommend to any friend or family memember and know they were in good hands. In the future this will be the first and last place I would ever buy a car from. More

Armen and Ed went out of their way to work with us and made buying my first new car a great experience. Both men were relatable and obviously enjoy their job. Even a few days after buying my car, Armen followed through with a promise from the day I bought my new Jeep and then went beyond by giving me 70th anniversary keychains to go with my 70th anniversary edition Jeep. Every time I look at the keys I smile at the thought that he put into every part of our interactions. He understood what I was looking for, my expectations and made it happen. Ed was also a pleasure to work with. He was helpful, jovial and informed. Both men are Jeep owners and understood the points that I love about Jeeps (I have a 1995 Cherokee Sport and my family has bought about 6 used Jeeps in the last ten years - they are all still loved and used). With staff that show their love of the product and an attention to detail, I would recommend Armen to anyone looking to buy a Jeep or Chrysler in the Freehold area. As a side note, one of the 'managers' (at least that is what I assume he was) was upset that a customer had come in and not been helped right away, which is understandable from a business perspective, but his manner in dealing with the problem was loud and noticed by every customer there in a negative manner. Each table had a customer and a salesman working hard. I would have been more impressed if he had offered to help the customer over yelling at various sales people to see if they were free when it was clear they were not. Even though I mention this, it did not overshadow the great experience I had. It is just a note to help continue to ensure great experiences like the one that I had. More

Buyers beware these guys are scam artists. We attempted to purchase a 22 month old used car with 14K miles that was priced at $25,500. We were offered $4,500 for our trade in, as advertised, and asked to p to purchase a 22 month old used car with 14K miles that was priced at $25,500. We were offered $4,500 for our trade in, as advertised, and asked to put $500 cash down on top of that. No problem we thought, that's fair. The contract was drawn hours later with no explanation for the delay and it was 10pm. We were tired and ready to go home. Just before signing we were told that we were declined by the bank for a loan. ??? Then they played the hero and said that they were able to get it pushed through telling the bank we were friends of the owner. I thought that was odd but it was late, we wanted the car and I didn't question the validity of the statement. MISTAKE. We get a call less than one week later, not on our cell phones, on my work voicemail. The voicemails were from the dealership exclaiming that they can't get in touch with us and we need to return to the dealership immediately to sign some "extra" financing forms or they will take the vehicle back. What?!? I called my husband the second after I listened to the voicemails and he called over to them and was put through a series of voicemails...no humans. A day later he gets a text from Harry telling him to just come in and sign some papers. That night we carefully looked at the contract....oh my but I wanted to kick ourselves in the rear over and over and over. Listen to this....they marked up the vehicle by $6,000 and then ADDED the value of our trade in to that instead of deducting. We were paying $40,199 for a $25,500 car that should have been financed at $20,000 after trade in and cash down. Scam, scam, scam, scam. It gets worse......we go to the dealership ready to tell them to shove the contract and take the car but hold back as we were curious as to what "paperwork" we had to sign. So these characters try to tell us that the bank would want to charge us 20% financing on the car, which is impossible, so we have to give it back and settle for one of the $12,000 economy cars on the lot OF THEIR CHOICE. What?!? FOR THE SAME PRICE AS THE $25,500 CAR!!!!!!! What?!? Scam scam scam scam scam scam scam. The 'ole bait -n- switch. We gave back the car and asked for our car back. They gave it back but said we had to come in on Monday to retrieve the title and cash down as those people "don't work weekends". It is Monday and I left a voice mail that has not been responded to. We plan to contact the BBB and an attorney. This entire experience was disgusting and people need to know what kind of crooked dirty pool goes on at this "dealership". More
I found a car on AutoTrader.com that was advertised from this company. I followed up with Ali and was told that the $5,990 price was negotiable. I also let her know that I would be traveling some distance to see the vechicle. Two days later after driving one hour to the dealership the sticker price on the car was $16,999. There was an $11,000 difference! Needless to say I was EXTREMELY unhappy. At that point with the numbers being no where near the $5,990 that I was told was negotiable the trip was pointless, a waste of my time, gas and tolls. Only AFTER getting home and following up by phone and additional complaining was the Manager Ken willing to MEET the advertised price from Auto Trader. He seemed to think he was doing me a favorite by actually honoring the advertised price!!! He said he could not negotiate the price any lower. I was misled, misinformed and I feel very deceived. I would NEVER recommend nor trust this dealership. More

When I decided that I was interested in a Jeep vehicle I went to Freehold Jeep. Upon arrival I was greeted by Harry Palmer. We sat down and went over some figures. We went for test drive and when we returned we got back to talking numbers. It was not long before we had a deal. Harry was very easy to work with. I then went over all of the paperwork with Ed Reardon who also was a pleasure to work with. Next thing I knew I was driving off in my new Jeep. I highly recommend Freehold Jeep and Harry Palmer if you are interested in a vehicle. More
