I was able dealership and was EXTREMELY pleased with the service and price that I received. From the time that I walked in I was greeted and helped. I was able to test drive the car immediately and did not have to wait. When I decided on the Jeep Liberty, paperwork and prices were figured out immediately. I also received a great price on my trade in value. I was very pleased with the price that was given to me. The process was not drawn out and painful. I was very pleased with Rob's service and would recommend future buyers to him. Not only did I receive excellent service from Rob, but also from Anthony. He made the process and paperwork for Finance simple and clear. He mentioned options to add to my overall price that I was happy to take advantage of. He made me aware of all my options and services. Overall, my experience with this dealership was excellent and I would definitely go back in the future for my next car. More
Buying a car from Freehold Chrysler was an excellent experience. The salesman Rob made the process very easy and pleasant for me and so did Anthony in the finance department. They found me the exact car I wanted and got it to me without any hassle or issues. They were respectful of my time and made sure the process was long drawn out and painful. They didn't try to sell me on anything I did not need nor did I feel at any point that they were trying to take advantage of me. I wouldnt hesitate to buy my next car from this dealer. More

DONT BUY A CAR HERE THEY ARE SCAM ARTISTS AND LIARS!!! DONT BUY A CAR HERE THEY ARE SCAM ARTISTS AND LIARS!!! I bought a 2008 Dodge Challenger SRT8 here in november with 15,900 miles. I was told it had DONT BUY A CAR HERE THEY ARE SCAM ARTISTS AND LIARS!!! I bought a 2008 Dodge Challenger SRT8 here in november with 15,900 miles. I was told it had a year left on the warranty, it had a clean carfax, no accidents, and that it was the owner's sons car previously and so it was in great shape. I was told any work i needed done on the car could be brought to any dodge dealer. After just 2 and a half months and a thousand miles of driving my front spoiler falls off. I notice zip ties holding up the spoiler from underneath the car, and the shielding all missing. I test drove the car when I purchased it but i didnt go under the car so never saw this stuff. I take it to the a dealer closer to me as Freehold Chrysler Jeep is 45 mins away from me and they tell me the cars been in a accident obviously, it needs tie rods, strut mounts, an alignment, 2 pieces of shielding missing from the car, a new spoiler, nose, and a rear strut cause mine was cracked and leaking badly. The bill comes to over 2 thousand dollars and they tell me the car has NO WARRANTY and it actually had expired three months before I bought it LOL!!! So I call Freehold Chrysler Jeep and they tell me the warranty was under them only HAHA and that the car was not in an accident, after I bring up that Kenny told me that it was the owner's sons car they start back tracking and trying to cover there lies. They tell me they arent gonna pay my bill or even help me in any way and they tell me they don't care if I pursue them legally... So thats just what im doing, DONT GO TO THIS DEALER PPL THEY ARE HORRIBLE !!! More
Finally, a place I can send my enemies. Hands down, Finally, a place I can send my enemies. Hands down, the most crooked, deceptive, unfriendly experience I’ve ever had buying a new vehicle. As Finally, a place I can send my enemies. Hands down, the most crooked, deceptive, unfriendly experience I’ve ever had buying a new vehicle. As I alluded to earlier, I would only send my enemies to this dealership. The only thing they did not try to stick it to me with was a $950 walk in the front door fee. More
My experience at Freehold Jeep was amazing. It was my first time purchasing a car by myself and everyone was so incredibly helpful. They explained everything that was being done and had to be done in suc first time purchasing a car by myself and everyone was so incredibly helpful. They explained everything that was being done and had to be done in such great detail. I was very impressed with infringes knowledge on the vehicle and on the processes. Overall I had a great experience, everyone was so nice, even the general manager, Wally, took time to stop over to me to congratulate me and to let me hear one of his famous, "Wooo Hoos!". Which is exactly how I felt driving away in my new Jeep with such a big smile on. More
Let me start off by saying that I have been told by members of my own family that they prefer not to go to a car dealership with me because I loose my patience with the salesman. So not the case with A members of my own family that they prefer not to go to a car dealership with me because I loose my patience with the salesman. So not the case with Artie. He was straightforward, no nonsense and very knowledgeable. Loved this most welcomed and different approach from a car salesman; here it is, here is what I can do . . . Liked Artie so much - thinking about a Grand Cherokee and would definitely go to him for it! What more can I say, he was a pleasure to deal with! Terry Lorenz More
I went to look at a 2007 Chrysler T&C listed on line for $7800. I also clicked for a special internet price but all I got was a call to come in. They had the car. It had not been cleaned up but I was for $7800. I also clicked for a special internet price but all I got was a call to come in. They had the car. It had not been cleaned up but I was willing to buy it. My trade was a 2001 Grand Caravan w/ 67,300 original miles (i bought it new). Rob looked at it & pronounced it a clunker since the paint had bubbled off the hood. It was clean otherwise with a clean interior & ran very well. Rob then told me that the $7800 Chrysler would cost me $8795 & my trade. When I asked how that could be, he showed me some small print that read that I would have to pay a $995 INTERNET FEE!!! & further that the $7800 posted price presupposed a $4500 clunker trade so the $7800 morphed into $13,295. I told Rob that this was the most sleazy, underhanded stunt anyone had ever tried to pull on me. He, a very nice person actually called a "closer" to close the deal. He came down to $7500 & my Dodge but by now I decided not to deal with this bunch of crooks & left. I would never deal with them again More
