Artie, a product specialist, met us outside as we were browsing and was very pleasant. Within minutes he offered to get the keys for the trucks we were interested in and the rest is history. Ali and Matt were so very helpful in finding the car I wanted at a price I was willing to pay. Due to training, Ali was the sales person who completed the transaction for me. I was purchasing a car and needed out of state registration. I also had about 1 hour in between appointments to come in, sign the paperwork, and get the car. I believe we set a record. Ali and brian the finance gentleman, had gotten all paperwork ready, and highlighted where I needed to sign. brian articulately reviewed the papers, summarizing very nicely what I was signing each time. The car was prepped and ready to go. Time from when I got to the dealership until when I left....23 minutes! I couldn't have been happier. The service was great, the process went as promised, and while this is my second jeep from Freehold, I will certainly be coming back to see Ali when the time comes again! More
