Unlike other dealerships, where you are made to feel like just another number, Artie took his time with us, was very descriptive, and above all else, he listened to our needs and wishes. We were searching for a specific Jeep Grand Cherokee, and only one model with particular features would do. Artie was patient, friendly and a true gentleman as he discussed options, terms and even answered our most difficult questions with ease! Michael and Artie then went well beyond our dreams to make our wish come true. They not only told us they would come through for us, but they did, within minutes, and at a great price. And more so, they exceeded all of our expectations! Our test drive was insightful and Artie's knowledge of the truck itself, along with all of it's features was outstanding. Coming over from a Cadillac dealership for the last 3 years, where our experience was less than desirable, our expectations with customer service and salespeople were very low, but our hopes were high based on previous friends that had purchased vehicles with Freehold Jeep in the recent past.
