I found my experience in dealing with Freehold Chrysler Jeep and Ali Jones in particular to be totally positive. From the very beginning I felt absolutely none of the "high pressure" sales tactics typical Jeep and Ali Jones in particular to be totally positive. From the very beginning I felt absolutely none of the "high pressure" sales tactics typically associated with car dealers. I sat down with Ali and she explained the sales approach used by the dealership. She took the time to ask me what I was looking for in a vehicle, what options were important to me and which ones were not important. She asked what I liked or disliked about my current vehicle. Within minutes she located a 2014 Chrysler 300 that fit every need I had. I explained to Ali that I was not the final decision maker as this was a vehicle being leased for me by the company I work for and therefore I needed to get final approval from the owner of the company. Again, there was no pressure to get the approval quickly, although I was able to let her know within a couple of hours that we were going forward with the lease. There were a few delays created on my end before the lease was finalized, but when I was finally able to complete the process and pick up the car I was again impressed with Ali and the dealership. The car was ready and Ali took the time to demonstrate how the various options worked as well as letting me know that if I had any questions later on that I should feel free to call or just drop in. In summary, I was just made to feel appreciated and welcome as a customer. I will highly recommend Freehold Chrysler and Ali Jones to anyone I know who is in the market for a car. More
