After 3 weeks of searching for the vehicle I wanted I finally found it at Freehold Chrysler Jeep. I Stopped by the dealership and was pleasantly greeted by Ken Cary, one of the sales associates. I told h finally found it at Freehold Chrysler Jeep. I Stopped by the dealership and was pleasantly greeted by Ken Cary, one of the sales associates. I told him the vehicle I was there to look at , and without hesitation he gave me the keys and allowed me to look over the vehicle ( I did this by myself without the salesman breathing down my neck) . After looking over the vehicle I did want my personal mechanic to check it out so I expressed this to Ken my salesman and he had absolutely no problem with this, all he did was take a copy of my licence and attach a dealer plate to the vehicle ( he didn't play any games with me by insisting I leave a deposit as most car dealers do - this I was very impressed by). The car checked out with my mechanic and I returned to the dealership to purchase the vehicle. Ken made me feel very comfortable with my purchase and within a short period of time I was driving away in my new car. I have purchased about 10 cars from different dealerships over the past 20 years and I have to say this was my best experience to date thanks to my salesman Ken Cary.... More

Upon approaching the entrance, the salesman, Frank Lawrence, immediately approached us with a relaxed and friendly manner. I was looking for a no nonsense deal for a new Chrysler Town & Country. The process to get the value of my existing car coming of lease took a bit longer than expected but Ken was very thorough to be sure Town & Country. The process to get the value of my existing car coming of lease took a bit longer than expected but Ken was very thorough to be sure we would get the best deal possible. It turned out that the value of my trade in was more than it was worth so we couldn't move forward on that front so Ken offered me a new deal to both hit the target payment amount I was willing to pay for the new vehicle and provide me a check for the remaining payments I had on my existing lease. The deal was done and I was quite happy. Now for the "FINANCE PART" of the transaction.... I didn't want to spend my whole day there, as was most of my experiences at busy dealerships on a rainy Saturday afternoon. Ken promised me a "relatively" quick turnaround, and he delivered on his promise, although not the quickest delivery I have ever had, but by far quicker than most of my experiences, the Finance Manager did a great job explaining all the terms of our deal, everything agreed to what was discussed with Ken and the transaction was completed in short order. During this time, the vehicle was prepped and was ready by the time we finished our transaction. Overall I was very satisfied with the process and the honesty of the dealership and I will recommend other to do business there. More
