I purchased my 2010 Mustang GT brand new through them and they took their time and found the exact one I wanted and had it ready right when they said they would. I feel like I paid a fair price for the vehicle as well. The service department here is very good! I have been bringing my Mustang here since I've owned it and they always do a very good job! They also fixed my lemon of a truck (2008 F250) that I unfortunately bought from Rockwall Ford. They replaced the fuel pump in the truck and had it done way ahead of schedule and I haven't had anymore problems with the truck. Whenever I'm at the dealership they always recognize me and make sure to ask how the truck and mustang are running. It seems like they strive to do good work and from what I've experienced they have done just that. I will continue to bring both of my vehicles here! More

Thanks be to God, Southwest Ford, Richard and Micah for allowing me to get into the car I had been adoring from afar for the past 2 years, 2012 Ford Fusion!!! Being upside down in my 2 yr. old 2010 Charger, unworthy credit score and no money down I began to think I would never get out of a car that I never enjoyed. From the first moment to the last one was so stress free and enjoyable on the dealership lot I began to feel as though I was among family and friends. Not only did I get what I wanted, but I received a GREAT PRICE, GREAT INTEREST RATE OF 3.9%, GREAT TRADE-IN APPRAISAL (that was above KBB), REBATES (that I wasn't aware of),with MY DREAM CAR along with GREAT OPTIONS. I actually had just left a dealership in McKinney trying to get a car which was priced less than my Fusion, but was denied on the financing without any offer of help on anything - point blank. I drove straight to Greenville to find Richard Stephenson to who had gotten me approved financially with the payments I needed before I ever step on the lot. I ask him was it true or was it bait to get me there. Well turns out Richard was the most truthful about everything during our online communications. The whole process was extremely better than I could ever dream of in obtaining the car I wanted. This is the third vehicle i have purchased from this dealer. As they are under new ownership, i did not know what to expect. Fantastic is how i would describe my buying experience. The atmosphere in totally different from my last purchase. No pressure, answered all my questions with respectful answers and did i say, NO Pressure. As i had looked online at the vehicle i wanted, Justin did not try to upsell to a higher priced vehicle. After coming to an agreement on price, he was prompt in getting an appraisal on my trade and could explain the value that was assigned. My experience in the finance department was also very pleasant. Altho i had made prior financing arrangements, Micah asked if he could see if he could get me a better deal, which in fact he was able to do, saving me several hundreds of dollars over the life of the loan. I must say this was the most pleasant dealing's i have ever had when purchasing a vehicle. I would definitely recommend this dealer to anyone looking to buy. More

This has to be the BEST Car buying trip i have ever had. I have bought 2 other car from other dealer and they were the wost places i had been.
