After the ad for the car (that I purchased) was posted and before pictures were available, Cody Ledbetter, the sale rep, provided detailed pics of the parts of the car I was interested in seeing and provided his assessment of its condition. When I later made the 90 minute drive to look at the car, it was as Cody had described or better. After a short negotiation, management and I agreed on a very fair, no-nonsense bottom line cost and the paperwork was quickly compeleted. I was never pressured or Cody or the F&I representative to buy or accept anything. Overall, it was a quick, pressure-free buying experience.
