The customer service was Awesome but the experience was not. I made a 9am appointment for an oil change and a tire rotation. checked in at 910am. They told me it was a busy day and could take up to three not. I made a 9am appointment for an oil change and a tire rotation. checked in at 910am. They told me it was a busy day and could take up to three hours. I went ahead and waited at the dealership thinking three hours was the worst case scenario. 6 boring hours later my truck was ready. Every hour the wonderful lady helping me would come up to me and let me know they were working on it but each hour past making it a terrible. I understand busy but I don't understand making someone wait in the lobby for 6 hours especially when it was scheduled. Next time I will skip Freedom Chevy and drive an extra 8 miles to the nearest chevy/gmc dealer. Do not recommend getting serviced here unless you really need to. I will not be back. More
