Purchased used vehicle in November 2022 with pre existing dent. Was told it would get fixed if purchased. Dent did not get fixed till June 2023. Sales person kept giving me the run around with an appointment dent. Was told it would get fixed if purchased. Dent did not get fixed till June 2023. Sales person kept giving me the run around with an appointment time and date to fix the issue. He kept saying he would call me back and never did. When vehicle was fixed it was returned extremely dirty in the interior (dusty) had to argue with the service department to get them to clean it before delivery it to us. Service department has a super long wait every time when you call. You are on hold at least 15 minutes every time you call. In the end they came through with what they promised but, had to fight tooth and nail to get it done. I would not recommend this dealership to my friends and family. -Rock More

Went in for a simple oil change with an appointment and waited 2 hours 15 minutes for the job to be completed. This has happened before. Was told oil change jobs were backed up today. Then tried to up sell waited 2 hours 15 minutes for the job to be completed. This has happened before. Was told oil change jobs were backed up today. Then tried to up sell me for an air filter, cabin air filter and a fuel injector cleaning for $325. More
I purchase a used car in the morning signed papers by 10:30 and vehicle was supposed to be washed and service before going out and had not been even done by 5:30 , that afternoon, I left dealership with 10:30 and vehicle was supposed to be washed and service before going out and had not been even done by 5:30 , that afternoon, I left dealership with my old vehicle. Technicians did not get with my sales person till 5:15 pm to let him know they had not even gotten to service the vehicle. Sales person , great. Financing , great, management needs to communicate with service and sales to make sure customers waiting have an update and not forget about them. Not sure if I want to go back for another vehicle. Depends on how the dealership management will handle this review after I spent a whole day from work and have to wait a second day to pick up a car that I already paid in full with a cashiers check and paperwork signed . Hope they read this and have a huge apology for making my day spent at their dealership, all day, a huge loss of my time. More
Lack of communication. We have extended warranty they said they were going to call them to get approval to fix our vehicle.
