Took my truck in to get serviced at 9:00am. I didn’t get it back until after 3pm. I wasn’t provided with updates regularly and didn’t know what status was. It started off good with the mechanic providing update. But that’s when it stopped. It was for an oil change and 25,000 inspection. Nothing too crazy for it to have taken 6 hours. I didn’t purchase from here but it’s close to where I live so I get serviced here. When I did try to purchase there, it wasn’t the best experience and ended up going to a dealership in Pleasanton. A couple of family members have purchased vehicles here. And my first service went smoothly. But purchasing and this second service was less than desirable. More

Work was NOT complete, they tried to pass it off as it was. Because I have a digital tuner- they didn’t do it. Easy remedy. Could’ve just called me and told me, I could’ve removed it or turned it off. So that’s why I’m upset- could’ve just called to tell me what I needed to do to get the recall work done. This dealership is truly stellar service from start to finish. Gabby is the best service Rep and knowledgeable in all questions. If she wants the techs to confirm she makes sure I am there. Not once have I sat in my car after service performed and seen muddy or messy floorboard. Why is Gabby my preferred Rep?
