Went for an oil change and was given an estimate of $70 with my coupon when I picked up car the total was $180. I wasn’t given a receipt and when I called to get one emailed they called back an hour later with my coupon when I picked up car the total was $180. Minimal effort to establish a same-day, on-line, while you wait oil change. I am a repeat Customer and my experience is that the service has been consIstently good. I had an OEM fog light kit installed on a 2021 Colorado WT. This is not standard equipment for the model and the computer had to be flashed in order for the fog lights to function and all of the buttons an WT. This is not standard equipment for the model and the computer had to be flashed in order for the fog lights to function and all of the buttons and lights on the dash to work properly. I was told it would take an hour to do the job. Four hours later, the work was completed. The problems? 1) The instructions to flash the computer had diagrams that were upside down and backwards compared to the hardware on the truck. It took a long time for the technician to figure out the error. 2) Poor communication on behalf of the service staff as to the status of the update and why it was taking so long. When I went to ask about progress, I was told I would get an update in 10 mins, but an hour later, I had to check in again only to receive the same promise. At the end (3.5 hours later) I went out and spoke directly to the person who was working on the truck to get clear and honest updates as to the problems that were presented by the poor instructions. I was headed home 30 mins later. More

I'm still pretty sold on the deal it was a good deal, just extreme pressure from the sales rep. However, I did get to speak to Mike after that and he was much more understanding and not pushy, so I will be going back More
