Phone calls to the dealership go nowhere - I'm repeatedly promised callbacks that never happen. When I visited in person, I was initially asked to wait 10 minutes, only to be completely forgotten. Upon following up at their office, I was rudely told they were busy with "other customers" and threatened that they wouldn't help me at all unless I went back to the waiting area. It's been two full months, my loan is now delinquent, and I have no idea when or if they plan to fulfill their obligation to pay off my trade-in. Their unprofessional conduct and failure to honor our agreement is completely unacceptable. I would strongly caution anyone considering doing business with this dealership. More
