I had a very good experience with the people at Freedom. The service was good and my service advisor was very professional and courteous. I was informed about the status of my automobile when it was finished.

My 2022 Suburban has been to multiple dealerships to get an ongoing issue resolved. As I am currently on a 6mo wait list I reached out to Freedom and was put in touch with Mr. Kelton. I expressed to Mr. Kelton that this is our family vehicle so I cannot leave it without a loaner. He suggested I bring it by on a Saturday because that was first come first serve. They worked with me over the phone and getting the necessary paperwork filled out and kept in touch with me about picking up the vehicle and solutions if I didn’t make it. I really appreciated the communication. I picked up my vehicle and was assured the problem was fixed. My fingers are crossed because this has been a long process. As nice as they were I’m tired of dealing with this maintenance issue. However, I would absolutely reach out to Mr. Kelton if need be because I believe he is committed to making sure the issue is resolved no matter how many times it needs to be worked on.
