The employees at the dealership are all incredibly friendly and helpful. I was greeted quickly and warmly by a service tech (this was my first visit to the dealer for service). The wonderful lady that helped me had the best sense of humor and went above and beyond what I expected. Apparently there is a rewards program. She came to get me when my car was done and said "I noticed you weren't a member of the rewards program so I signed you up." Even the gentleman who stocked the little refrigerator with bottled water was friendly and greeted me when he came through.
