We brought in both vehicles...Fusion for just routine service, SUV for battery problem. We made sure we let them know SUV was NOT to have routine maint. done, only battery problem serviced. Neither Nate nor Gary seemed very friendly, although Gary went out of his way to be helpful and basically was doing the checkout part of Nates job. If they were having a bad day, they should still be giving 100% total customer satisfaction and being friendly towards customers. More
