A few months ago, Doug Kimble sold a 2011 Ford Focus to our son. Doug was very thorough and patient with him and us and provided a great experience for all of us. So when we decided to buy a 2013 Fusion, we went to see Doug. Since I wanted a special one (with the 2.0 turbo-charged engine, etc.), Doug had to order it for us. We waited about 8 weeks and it still wasn't in, so Doug found a simiar one in Michigan and had it driven down to his dealership for us. It turned out to be just what we ordered. He spent a lot of time with us, going over the car technologies, etc. Everyone at the dealership was very polite and helpful. We will definitely continue to recommend Fred Martin Ford to our friends and neighbors. More

The service was great there like always but the only issue i have is everytime i have service and leave about ten minutes down the road my tire pressure light comes on. They release so much air out i ha issue i have is everytime i have service and leave about ten minutes down the road my tire pressure light comes on. They release so much air out i have to put air back in. Kinda irritating when you are leaving for a trip and your low tire pressure light comes on right after having service. Makes me wonder if i have to recheck all my fuilds and oil change to make sure its right. More

Jeff honored a coupon he had sent me that had expired a few weeks earlier & was helpful in pointing out a leak in my windshield wiper fluid hose which I had him replace.. He made suggestions on other area few weeks earlier & was helpful in pointing out a leak in my windshield wiper fluid hose which I had him replace..
