We brought in both vehicles...Fusion for just routine service, SUV for battery problem. We made sure we let them know SUV was NOT to have routine maint. done, only battery problem serviced. Everything went fine with the car, but they did tire & oil change to SUV and charged. After reminding them it was NOT to be done Jeff did correction which resulted in NO CHARGE. Neither Nate nor Gary seemed very friendly, although Gary went out of his way to be helpful and basically was doing the checkout part of Nates job. If they were having a bad day, they should still be giving 100% total customer satisfaction and being friendly towards customers. More

While Matt is a new salesperson, he was very knowledgeable of the Exploreer product line. He took the time to show me how to use the sync system and answered all questions, very patient!
