Fred Beans Ford of Boyertown

With the horrible experience of my last dealership, I decided to try a new one. I have to say while pretty much anything was going to top John Kennedy Ford in Pottstown, I wasn't expecting much. Howev decided to try a new one. I have to say while pretty much anything was going to top John Kennedy Ford in Pottstown, I wasn't expecting much. However, I was pleasantly surprised as I went out to Fred Beans to check out a Mustang GT (my original one began have more and more problems, and John Kennedy was continually horrid, I just had to get away). My sales guy was Tom Nelson and he couldn't have been a nicer guy. Unwilling to budge on the price of the GT, but giving me a few grand more on the trade in, I ended up getting the GT for about the cost that I wanted (I paid a little more, but I was fully in agreement with it so I can't fault them at all). I can honestly say there was no drama to the buy. I've had the car going on 8 months now and not a lick of problems. Though, do NOT let them detail your car for you... they really suck at it. No damage but water spots all over the place. And I have to deduct a few points though since the time in the dealership took over 6 hours from start to finish. I didn't really see a need for everything to take that long. In addition, I've been back there for service at the dealership. The guy who's running the service department also deserves a mention for excelling at his job. The entire staff down there was very friendly and welcoming. Just wish I could remember his name! Overall, I have no real complaints about this dealership. If you're looking for a car, check these guys out. More

IT WAS A GOOD DEALERSHIP AT ONE TIME, BUT IT HAS GONE DOWNHILL AS FAR AS I'M CONCERNED. THE LAST TRUCK I BOUGHT FROM THEM IT FELT LIKE THEY WERE DOING ME A FAVOR BY SELLING ME THIS CAR. AND MY LAST 3 TIM DOWNHILL AS FAR AS I'M CONCERNED. THE LAST TRUCK I BOUGHT FROM THEM IT FELT LIKE THEY WERE DOING ME A FAVOR BY SELLING ME THIS CAR. AND MY LAST 3 TIMES FOR SERVICE HAVE BEEN TROUBLESOME, WITH THINGS BEING FORGOTTEN TO SHOTTY WORK THAT THE TRUCK HAD TO GO BACK FOR! More
