Horrible service and manager disrespects women This place is horrible. The last 5 times I went there I had issues. It's unreal they are in business. I had to go back multiple times and was issue 2 free oil changes as compensation for my hours lost. and inconveinces. Not sure if that was meant to help or as an insult. my time is much more valuable. Stay away! More

Mark has personally been my #1 advocate to making sure my car is being taken care of while serviced at another dealer that they are not a part of. I am blown away by the customer service Mark and the team has provided even 3 years later! If you are planning on buying a Ford, no matter how far these guys are absolutely the best out there. Bought a new Explorer! I came in for a specific Explorer XLT and my Sales rep was Brian Christman, he and Mike Silver mgt. were extremely professional and straight forward. I have purchased from Keyser Miller before and have done service with my local John Kennedy dealership. But I have to say Fred Beans and the team at Boyertown was worth the 80 min drive 160 min round trip. Brian was great, he new what I could do and worked very hard to make me happy. No one gets back to you! Bought a 2016 Ford Flex back on July 5,2016. Traded i FordTransit Connect. They were short on payoff by $46. Told salesman who sold me the car,General Manager, and Controller about problem! Even had bank send a fax to them about it! Still balance of $46., and this goes against my credit rating not theirs! It's also holding up refund of myGap Ins. thru bank. They get title till it's paid off. Nothing seems to get them to do anything. More

dishonest business bought a 2011 certified pre-owned hyundai from Fred Beans Doylestown. great deal, great service, great vehicle. an overall excellent experience, Bruc bought a 2011 certified pre-owned hyundai from Fred Beans Doylestown. great deal, great service, great vehicle. an overall excellent experience, Bruce McFarland our salesman was awesome. we continue to receive very good service there. as a result, bought a 2002 F150 certified pre-owned form Beans in Boyertown. NEVER again. in fact, soured me about fred beans over all. they let me drive the truck off the lot with $2500, in work i had to put out within 8 weeks. rotted tires, rotted rear shocks, CD player did not work, worn front brake pads, original, worn plugs(115,000 miles), spare tire did not come off mount, worn belt and some other, smaller issues. when notifed, fred beans completely dismissed me. if you don't know much about cars, don't trust beans to get you off the lot with the best and safest deals. very, very disappointed More
Service is a rip off I have taken my Vehicles for the free inspection and each time they find something wrong, even after we check them and take them to someone else that I have taken my Vehicles for the free inspection and each time they find something wrong, even after we check them and take them to someone else that checks them for inspection and finds the vehicle to be safe and passes for inspection. I have no problem with making sure the vehicle is safe but I do have a problem with being taken advantage of. they offer free inspections with your purchase but they are far from free. And I am not the only one that has had this problem with Fred Beans of Boyertown More
With the horrible experience of my last dealership, I decided to try a new one. I have to say while pretty much anything was going to top John Kennedy Ford in Pottstown, I wasn't expecting much. Howev decided to try a new one. I have to say while pretty much anything was going to top John Kennedy Ford in Pottstown, I wasn't expecting much. However, I was pleasantly surprised as I went out to Fred Beans to check out a Mustang GT (my original one began have more and more problems, and John Kennedy was continually horrid, I just had to get away). My sales guy was Tom Nelson and he couldn't have been a nicer guy. Unwilling to budge on the price of the GT, but giving me a few grand more on the trade in, I ended up getting the GT for about the cost that I wanted (I paid a little more, but I was fully in agreement with it so I can't fault them at all). I can honestly say there was no drama to the buy. I've had the car going on 8 months now and not a lick of problems. Though, do NOT let them detail your car for you... they really suck at it. No damage but water spots all over the place. And I have to deduct a few points though since the time in the dealership took over 6 hours from start to finish. I didn't really see a need for everything to take that long. In addition, I've been back there for service at the dealership. The guy who's running the service department also deserves a mention for excelling at his job. The entire staff down there was very friendly and welcoming. Just wish I could remember his name! Overall, I have no real complaints about this dealership. If you're looking for a car, check these guys out. More
