Michael Larson is a new salesman to me as my previous contact retired, but he seems to be at the same level of professionalism. I like Beans' so much I've sent my family there many times and collectively they've purchased another dozen or more vehicles over the years. I wouldn't recommend them if I had a less than stellar experience. Great people. More

So, I leave 1030am I got there was 1110am. I sit with a sales rep and he tells me he believes it was sold earlier in the morning. Why didn't these 2 Internet ladies just tell me the truth the first time? I may have been more open to seeing something else. No, they tell me it's there when in fact it was gone to get me in the door. This is one reason I have auto dealers so much. Bad customer service. I will never use a Fred Bean location ever, and if someone asked me about them, I would tell them the same...stay away. If the Internet ladies lie to get you in, don't you think those above them would lie and be deceptive even more?? More
