Excellent service experience, but the sales experience could’ve went a little smoother. I live an hour and a half away from the dealership and tried to accomplish most of the transaction over the phone, b could’ve went a little smoother. I live an hour and a half away from the dealership and tried to accomplish most of the transaction over the phone, but they were very persistent on me coming into the dealership and even though everyone there was polite they estimated my trade-in $7000 less than I sold it for and charged me $300 for window etching that was not even on the car The stencils were in the glove box and I was told it was on the car and there was nothing they could do about it. if I were buying a new Ford, they seem to be competitive but a BMW on a Ford lot doesn’t have the same presentation as if you went to a BMW dealership to buy the same car. I did get a warranty for 90 days and after waiting 90 days I finally got my registration and was able to take the car to BMW where they told me. I had a broken water pump something that wouldn’t be obvious to afford dealership this repair at BMW was $2600 fortunately with a few days left on the warranty they repaired my car with no fuss whatsoever and collected a $100 deductible in closing a few things going in the right direction could’ve made this experience excellent More
Bad business practices. Tried to tell me that my 100k Lexus was only worth 9k because it was in a minor accident but was professionally repaired and it needed new brakes and Tried to tell me that my 100k Lexus was only worth 9k because it was in a minor accident but was professionally repaired and it needed new brakes and tires despite having less than 10k miles on them. But they wanted to sell me a truck that was originally 40k for 26 k that had the paint and clearcoat coming off in multiple large areas has lid was bent up and didn’t close, and it was in an accident that wasn’t repaired but it had a “clean car fax”. It was clean because the accident was not repaired and reported. Does anyone else see the hypocrisy here. In the end I walked out letting them know that they need to disclose the problems in their add and will have to greatly reduce the price. I would have given them 9k for it😃. Slimy, misleading, and overall ridiculous. More

Purchased a Ford Ranger that’s not even 3 years old and the transmission went. Over $9000.00 to fix. Shouldn’t have to put that kind of money into 3 year old car. No help from the dealership! Horrible experience. Rude salesperson. Did not want to honor on line price we received from their own person. Sales man argued with us and kept insisting we purchase t Rude salesperson. Did not want to honor on line price we received from their own person. Sales man argued with us and kept insisting we purchase their maintenance package because he has to meet his quota on how many he sells to suckers. I had a good experience this month as I purchased my F150. My sales person, Chad Delahanty was accessible, patient and responsive. Chad is relatively new. When I asked a question that he did not know t F150. My sales person, Chad Delahanty was accessible, patient and responsive. Chad is relatively new. When I asked a question that he did not know the answer to, he was not afraid to say, "I do not know, but I will get right back to you with an answer" which he did. The sales team and management all took time to introduce themself with no pressure attached. More
I spent around 75,000 for my 2019 f250 super duty, reading body outsourced and installed through them, plow mount installed through them, tow package installed through them. My turn signals haven't wo reading body outsourced and installed through them, plow mount installed through them, tow package installed through them. My turn signals haven't worked properly since day one. Inside of the truck they blink fast indicating a bulb out. There are no bulbs out! After 3 attempts they fixed the fast blinking indicators, but the cabin lights inside of truck stayed on all the time unless I shut them off manually. On the 4th attempt they couldn't fix that issue. The fifth attempt they reset the computer to factory settings, that fixed the cabin lights! But guess what? Turn signals back to blinking fast on the inside only. 6th attempt they said that they couldn't fix it because the plow harness was not spliced properly, and now it's my problem because its out of warranty!. They subed out all modifications done to my work truck. My tow package was left with wires hanging out under the bumper, no plug in for my trailer. I installed the necessary harness my self! Which included drilling my bumper, no mounts left in prep or any thought. I wouldn't ever consider buying another truck from them again. Absolute garbage. Not to mention when I allowed them to change my battery that failed in 2.5 years, there was no warranty on the battery, and they kept it for 2 days! Costing my thousands of dollars by not having my truck on the road! For a battery! All in all very displeased, and I wouldn't reccomend or buy anything from them ever again. This was actually the first ford truck that my company has bought in the last 71 years since my grandfather started my company. it will be the last. 0 empathy or concern from anybody at the dealership, including the salesmen who sold me the truck, and the service department who failed to rectify the malfunctions after multiple attempts. Complete disgust with this. Think twice especially If you are having them build a custom work truck for you! More
Emailed and phone call to confirm that a vehicle was in stock and on the lot. I was clear that I was driving an hour to get there and was assured that they had the car. They even followed up with a confirm stock and on the lot. I was clear that I was driving an hour to get there and was assured that they had the car. They even followed up with a confirmation email. Arrived and was told vehicle was not in stock and was sold a few days before. But they were nice enough to show me other trucks that I had zero interest in and were way more money. Typical BAIT and SWITCH! Needless to say I told them how I felt and left. Actually found exactly what I was looking for at another dealership that treats customers like people and not just a number. So long Fred Beans! More
