This was adv I searched the Lincoln website for a pre-owned 2013 Lincoln MKS. I found one advertised with low mileage and titled for only 26 months. This was advertised on Fred Beans web-site also. I purchased the car and learned over the next few months it had numerous I computer issues. After having the car serviced at two different dealerships I found out the car was actually 4 years old and titled in January 2012. Lincoln refused to get involved. The dealer offered only to extend the warranty. More
Tremendous Service Dept. Did not buy my car from here (now sorry I didn't), but have a 7 year, 100,000 mile Ford premium warranty. This service department has gone above and Did not buy my car from here (now sorry I didn't), but have a 7 year, 100,000 mile Ford premium warranty. This service department has gone above and beyond, for my warranty business. Was able to deal directly with the service manager- Gus Wadsworth. He PERSONALLY responded, not once, but twice, and in such a quick, timely manner, that it floored me. What service department does this? Talk about making that extra effort to win your service business, even when the car was not purchased there; and being able to get a direct response from the service manager himself, puts this service department in a class by itself. It is clearly obvious that Mr. Wadsworth is not only a professional, but a leader and mentor to his service department employees, and he leads by example. I am so happy that they are near me, and I'll be able to utilize this wonderful service department for the next seven years with my extended warranty. I have never been able to work directly with the service manager himself, only with a service advisor, and am excited about a service department that is so customer oriented and customer service driven, that I had to write a review about them, so that others would know. Kudos to Mr. Wadsworth for extending his time and expertise to a service customer who bought the vehicle elsewhere. Would not buy a Ford again, but will definitely purchase from Fred Beans, no matter what brand of car I choose, because you cannot put a price on such outstanding service efforts. More

Michael and Tony followed-up and worked very hard to earn my business on a new Energi. They gave me a great price and even offered to deliver the car to me when I said that I wasn't local. Try them out. More

He didn't even know who i was when i walked in the door even after a previous visit and talking on the phone several different times. He constantly would talked to my boyfriend about pricing but not once acknowledged me or the fact that i was the one who would be buying the car. He completely wasted my time that evening because he only had one car to show me and all the other cars we had discussed on the phone were not available or had already been sold. we eventually walked out and went somewhere else! Liar, Liar, pants on fire. Out of town Buyer (need this specific 2011 vehicle for work) , relying on used car salesmans descriptions = Hidden damage. . Explanation from salesman Out of town Buyer (need this specific 2011 vehicle for work) , relying on used car salesmans descriptions = Hidden damage. . Explanation from salesman was a lie. Dealership Front line people only seemed to help with the coverup. Salesman was a pro = Only tell customer what needs to get it sold. . 1.) Website did not show interior= because it had stains, loose wires, and damaged seats. 2.) Vehicle was still in detail upon arrival (already been in detail for 2-3 weeks prior), have to wait for salesman to arrive. Can't see it until he gets here. No one else will show it to you because.. He is bringing it here. Hour later its at dealership. 3.) It was having a decal removed. = Turns out someone was covering up body repair/ damage, that was NEVER finished. Inner fender/door bodywork and "dis" repair discovered 2 days after purchase. Apparently the vehicle had been in an accident on drivers side and the dealer had been trying to fix it, ran out of time, and said SELL IT. 4.) Stereo hard to operate? = has controls for and shows items, but they DON'T WORK -because they are MISSING, just the wires are there. (backup camera, GPS, navigation,) salesman now says they were optional. 5.) Safety issue with wrong size and weight rating spare tire= too bad, that's how it is. 6.) Upon closer inspection after purchase, other items were swapped out with replacements from an older vehicle, 7.) other latent defects (cracked headlight housing, leaks moisture in after washing). 8.) Out of state buyer = means its your problem now. Also, hard to get overage back for license plates as well. Why did I buy it? Sure looked good from a distance. Did not see hidden body damage/ repair and broken headlight housing until had it home. Radio, seats, and other - yep - should have just walked away. rent a car goes both ways. :( PS.- But wait, there's more. Took the car through the car wash and who's getting a bath? Water sprays IN from drivers side window. And, rear door lock does not work. And the battery is garbage too, only holds charge about 2 weeks. ** DO NOT TRUST THIS DEALERSHIP. ? Anybody know how to put this post on facebook ? More
False advertising They list cars on multiple sites that are not on their lot. I spent too much time looking for a car that was listed on their used car listing, only t They list cars on multiple sites that are not on their lot. I spent too much time looking for a car that was listed on their used car listing, only to find that it was not there. It was in "detail". I specifically chose a Sunday to visit many dealers and narrow my search, however, wasted my time here searching the entire lot..... I wont waste my time again looking at their listings because its a 50-50 shot whether it is there or not!! More
be careful offered car for sale which was not available answered a cars.com AD for '04 Honda Accord on 5/6 ; made an appointment for 5/7 and discovered the car was no longer on cars.com ; Rachel called said answered a cars.com AD for '04 Honda Accord on 5/6 ; made an appointment for 5/7 and discovered the car was no longer on cars.com ; Rachel called said the car as still on dealer's website (I expressly told her I was not interested in another car--only this Honda) I could not locate on Fred Beans web-site ; received voice mail messages from Jackie and Rachel (I suspected the car had been sold). Did a VIN look-up and suspect the car sold on 5/6 or 5/7 . Called Rachel on 5/9 and she tried to interest me another car. Glad I did not waste my time. She claims the car sold on 5/8. I am not convinced of that...the car was not on web-site or Cars.com 5/7. Be careful. More
