He is always helpful, friendly and is an all around nice guy. Other service people and sales people are always friendly and helpful if needed. We have purchased 4 vehicles from this dealership. Each time, our salesperson was Lisa drake. From the time of our first inquiry to the time we drove away, Lisa did everything she could to make it happen. time, our salesperson was Lisa drake. She accepted that fact and "pointed us" to what we might consider as a possible option. She did everything she could to accommodate our needs and wishes. She helped get the best deal on our trade-ins as well as giving us the best deal on the vehicle we selected.be We recently purchased a used Toyota. We contacted Lisa and requested to see the vehicle. It was exactly what we were looking for. In a few short days, we drove away in our used Toyota. Lisa handled all the odds and ends and quickly and efficiently. I told her that I was not crazy about the length of time it took to sign all the paperwork. She had me fill out some paperwork ahead of time and asked when I would be coming in. When I came in to sign, she took me directly to the finance office. The finance gentleman was ready for me and I was out the door in no time. That's the kind of service I like. Ask for something, and it is done! About a week or so ago, Lisa contacted my wife that the dealership had taken in a used Ford Ranger. She was aware, through my wife, that I had been looking for years, literally, for a good used Ford Ranger. Lisa and my wife had arranged for the Ranger to be at the dealership the next day and my wife was going to "casually" mention that there was a nice used Ranger on the lot. I showed up the next day with my wife in the late afternoon and was told that someone else had already purchased the vehicle. I was kind of upset since I did not even have a chance to see it. Lisa was unaware of the deal and personally apologized for what happened. Apparently, there was some "miscommunication" between the sales staff. Anyway, another Ranger became available a day or so later and Lisa called my wife immediately to see if we were still interested. We went to the dealership the next day, saw the vehicle, and decided to purchase it. Not only did Lisa help us find another Ranger, she fought hard to make things right. As a result, Co-owner Bill Snoffer made sure that the vehicle was not sold before we got there, gave us a great deal, and showed us that the dealership cared about it's loyal customers. I am and will be a loyal customer to this dealership. Thank you Mr. Snoffer. As for you, Lisa, your commitment to us customers and friends go a long way. She never had a doubt that I was leaving with a new car that day. She got me a fair price for an amazing machine. I got a great deal on my trade in as well. I am a Mopar or no car man and when I need my next Mopar or if any friends of mine ask I will tell them to go see Lisa Drake and the folks at Franklin Sussex and you will feel like family.
