From setting up the service with Pam to the final closure with Michael was pleasurable. Service can be a pain, but when I can sit down and do my work on the computer, while waiting and know the vehicle will with Michael was pleasurable. I use the Chrysler coupons which makes my service affordable. Michael is thorough and lets you know how your car is doing and provides the necessary future recommendations. Lisa sold me the car end of yr. 2010 and I was very pleased with her sales ability and performance throughout the entire transaction. I have been a regular service customer at The Sussex Auto Mall for several years. We have had 4 jeep products since 2007 . This has been the only dealership that I have trusted for regular service of my veh Mall for several years. We have had 4 jeep products since 2007 . This has been the only dealership that I have trusted for regular service of my vehicles. Unfortunately my 2011 Jeep Liberty had a major Transmission problem. They took great care to let me know what the problem was and kept in touch with me during the repair process . Luckily the repairs where covered under the warranty. Which is one reason I decided to purchase a jeep product at this dealership. I am and have been very happy with the personal and professional care I have received. Mike and Jack are the best ! More

Spoke with Jim over the phone. I gave him the overall picture of my trade in and the model of vehicle I wanted. We scheduled an appointment, I test drove two different models, and was never pressured in picture of my trade in and the model of vehicle I wanted. Came back with my wife the next day, drove both vehicles again and walked out with our new Jeep. My wife who has an Acura MDX, was so impressed with Jim and the people at Franklin Sussex, made an appointment to see what they could for her to get a 2014 Jeep. Contacted the dealership regarding a convertible I'd seen on the dealership website. Spoke with Billy Dugan, was given a test drive. Billy was very informative, answered all of my questions. Everyone we came in contact with was very helpful. Billy and the staff went so far as to being able to help me with title to my trade in which was in my deceased husband's name. They contacted the Surrogate's Court, got the paperwork I needed, then faxed it back to the court for me. The entire experience lasted approximately 3-1/2 hours. I couldn't be happier with the car or the customer service at this dealership. Thanks!!! More

I had my radio replaced several weeks ago for problems with the cd player while still on my complimentry sirius radio trial period. when the contract came due, I decided to renew and sent in a check alon with the cd player while still on my complimentry sirius radio trial period. when the contract came due, I decided to renew and sent in a check along with the form. However, when the trila ran out so did my ability to recieve satellite radio. apparently there was a mixup when the radio was changed. I walked in without an appointment and mike put his lunch asside to help me. After an hour on the phone with sirius and in and out of my car he found and corrected a problem with mismatched radio and contract id numbers. My radio now works fine and I am a happy camper. More
