Worked with the manager of Franklin Sussex auto mall on buying a new Jeep Grand Cherokee Claude Jaillet, Claude personally worked with me on pricing, finding a Jeep we liked and with a lease that we could buying a new Jeep Grand Cherokee Claude Jaillet, Claude personally worked with me on pricing, finding a Jeep we liked and with a lease that we could afford. Claude worked with us right through the process to the Jeep was handed over to us. Claude is very professional in every way and anyone would be glad to deal with him in making it a pleasant experience in buying a vehicle from this dealership. I brought my Jeep Liberty in for an oil change and tire rotation. Michael Nogrady was my service advisor. He took me out and did a safety check, he showed me the tire tread remaining on my tires etc. My se rotation. Michael Nogrady was my service advisor. Everyone was great, they understood my situation and worked with me so I could drive home with a new Jeep that day! Excellent team and service! Michael Nogrady was very helpful however my Sirius Radio still drops out as bad as it ever did. I have never had a problem with Sirius on any other Jeep I hae owned.
