After many purchases and issues from this dealership, I swore I would NEVER purchase from here again, But i did, in July I purchased a 2009 Jeep Liberty with many problems and promises that were NEVER ful swore I would NEVER purchase from here again, But i did, in July I purchased a 2009 Jeep Liberty with many problems and promises that were NEVER fulfilled............. I am very happy to say, that when i went in for Service on the Liberty on Saturday, November 23rd, I wanted to speak with the person in charge. Claude. He was NOT aware of all the issues and wanted to make it all right. He suggested a switch. Never knew that was an option. He put me with Lisa Cheevers, who was amazing and between Claude and Lisa Cheevers, they made it all happen. I am now in the vehicle for me........... I am very happy and have since referred very dear friends to Lisa Cheevers. I can honestly say, I am a very happy customer of this dealership and hope to stay that way. I really want to give a special thanks to Lisa and Claude for making it all right.............. More

No nonsense sales pitch or inflated prices. Lisa was straight to the point, very respectful and best of all-extremely nice. At no point did I feel lost or uncomfortable as I’ve felt at other dealerships straight to the point, very respectful and best of all-extremely nice. They did an excellent job of the installation of my dodge darts interior LED lighting. They even went through the trouble of calling me to ask my opinion of where I wanted the toggle switch mounted. My Jeep Wrangler as been coming in for Service and Maintenance since I purchased it. I have to say, Jim and the rest of the Service Department Staff have always done great work and been friendly and Maintenance since I purchased it. I have to say, Jim and the rest of the Service Department Staff have always done great work and been friendly and a pleasure to deal with. When I've had question for Jim or any of the service staff including mechanics my answers always came with a smile, I never saw that "Oh know he is going to ask me a question" look. When it comes to doing one of these ratings. I only ever do them when I feel outstanding or horrible work or service has been done. This is a case of outstanding,wish I could do more of these type but it seems to be rare today. 5 Stars More
