I have a 2011 Dodge Journey, Sound stopped coming out of the radio. i did some research and found this to be an issue with dodge and there was a TSB (technical service bulletin) issued to re-flash the ampli the radio. i did some research and found this to be an issue with dodge and there was a TSB (technical service bulletin) issued to re-flash the amplifier because the amplifier stops communicating with the bus (software freezing up). I spoke to service and asked if there was a charge since there was a TSB and my vehicle was out of the 36,000 warranty. I was advised there was no charge. When the car was brought in, Service claimed there was no TSB. I emphasized there was. Later they said they found the TSB but it didn't apply to my car and that re-flashing would not correct my problem. My problem was there was no power coming from the amplifier. They advised me it would be $180 to find out what was wrong with it (about 2 hours work). I asked if it cant be fixed then what. Service advised a new radio/amplifier would be in excess of $500. I left and took my vehicle to a professional audio dealer. In less than 30 minutes the radio was working perfectly. They advised me the Amplifier froze up and had to be re-booted. Total cost was $30. I later looked up the TSB to see compatibility to my vehicle. My vehicle matches what the requirements were from the TSB. Everything Service told me were lies. They should be ashamed of themselves for the rip off attempt on me. I wasn't going to leave a review for the world to see but when I replied to their questionnaire about my resent service and I got back nothing, Not even an "I'm sorry" I feel I should warn others to be careful when dealing with them. Do your homework before walking in there. As for me and my entire family, They lost a lot of business. We will never step foot in there again!!! More

This had to be the best experience I have ever had buying a car. It was well worth the hour drive. Jason was great looking over and working out a deal with me over the phone before I even got to the dealersh a car. It was well worth the hour drive. Jason was great looking over and working out a deal with me over the phone before I even got to the dealership. Once I was there he introduced me to Lisa to finalize the transaction. She was GREAT! She went over all the details of the car I was interested in, took me on a test drive and completed the transaction in less then 2 hours. To me that was priceless. With two kids at home I needed to be in and out as quickly as possible. All done with a contstant smile. Will definitely be going back to them when my lease is up! More
