Deceptive and Rude to customers Sam the salesman was great. The rest of the cast of characters there from finance to management are sneaky, degrading liars. If your going to sell your vehicle, don't go to Franklin sussex dodge. They are low ballers. To boot I'm the only owner and still have the lifetime warranty which was only offered in 2009.
